The Palm
International Business School
Branding / Identity System
UOC - 2024
Concept
The Palm International Business School was founded as an international center focused on training and the business environment. In this challenge—the second semester of my first year at the UOC—the objective was to address a very specific need: to build a visual identity capable of organizing communication and maintaining consistency across all the center's touchpoints.
The project stems from a simple yet demanding idea: an educational institution needs clarity, trust, and consistency. Therefore, the identity is conceived as a system (not an isolated logo), designed to function effectively across corporate materials, digital communication, and signage.
imagotype – Creation
The identity is built from a imagotype composed of a shield + name, with a typographic rule that reinforces the order of the system: the name is composed with Montserrat and its composition is controlled to maintain legibility and consistency (avoiding word breaks and limiting the layout to a maximum of three lines).
The color palette is based on two corporate blues that convey seriousness, trustworthiness, and an international presence. The system is completed with stationery, email signature, advertisements, tote bags, banners, and assets for social media and the app.
