Murillo
400th anniversary commemoration in Seville
Campaing / Institutional commemoration
UNESCO - 2017-2019
Concept
The Murillo 400 Years / Seville campaign was launched as part of the commemoration of the painter's anniversary and the city's cultural promotion, linked to the UNESCO context (2017–2019). The challenge was to create a communication strategy capable of functioning as an institutional campaign: clear, recognizable, and adaptable to multiple audiences and spaces, without losing rigor or cultural relevance.
The proposal is conceived as a visual system (not as an isolated piece), designed to endure over time and across different formats. The idea is that, regardless of the medium, the message maintains coherence and reinforces the event's identity, facilitating immediate recognition and audience orientation.
Campaign – Development and applications
The work is developed using a modular and multi-format approach: a basic structure and constant elements that allow for adaptations without losing unity. Based on this foundation, the campaign is applied to highly visible and frequently used materials: large-format banners, bus shelter ads, vinyl decals, flyers, folders, bookmarks, and invitations.
The result is a solid and consistent campaign, designed to communicate with impact in the urban space and, at the same time, maintain an institutional and cultural tone aligned with the commemoration.
